5. Orders
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and confirmation via email or message.
Kosh reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspicious activity, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Customized or made-to-order pieces may require additional time for dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. Delivery timelines are mentioned on our Shipping Policy page.
Delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
You will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
We do not offer refunds unless the product is damaged or incorrect, in which case it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges for size issues are allowed within 7 days, as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
