We want you to love what you order, but if something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
🛍️ Eligibility Criteria
Items must be unused and unwashed. All original tags and packaging must be intact. Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.
🔁 Return & Exchange Process
Once approved, your return/exchange will be picked up within 3–5 working days. Return charge: ₹100(paid by the customer). Exchange is free — available for both size and design, subject to availability.
💳 Refunds & Store Credit
We do not offer cash refunds (except for wrong or damaged products).
In all other cases, a store credit will be issued, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Refunds (for eligible cases) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
🚫 What Can’t Be Returned
Items received as part of a free offer. Products bought during a sale. Products without original tags or packaging.

Minor misprints or color differences from website images are not considered defects. Our products are handcrafted, and these variations are part of their charm and authenticity. The company reserves the right to make the final decision in all return or exchange requests.
