Each Kosh piece is handcrafted and made-to-order, which means we start creating it only after you place your order. This helps us minimize waste and ensure quality.
1. Order Processing Time
All items are made to order and typically take 7-14 business days to produce.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a separate email or SMS when your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Timeline
Free shipping on all orders ₹1199 and above.
For orders below ₹1199, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 will apply.
Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
3. Shipping Partner
All our orders are shipped exclusively through Shiprocket, India’s leading logistics platform.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email and/or phone number. You can use this to monitor your package in real-time.
5. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our timelines, delays can occasionally happen due to unforeseen circumstances (like weather, courier issues, etc.). We’ll keep you updated if such a situation arises.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. Kosh is not responsible for delayed or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
⚠️ Note: We work with third-party courier services. In case of issues, we may not be able to directly contact the delivery personnel. Your understanding is appreciated.
We want you to love what you order, but if something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:
🛍️ Eligibility Criteria
Items must be unused and unwashed. All original tags and packaging must be intact. Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Each order is eligible for one return or exchange only.
🔁 Return & Exchange Process
Once approved, your return/exchange will be picked up within 3–5 working days. Return charge: ₹100(paid by the customer). Exchange is free — available for both size and design, subject to availability.
💳 Refunds & Store Credit
We do not offer cash refunds (except for wrong or damaged products).
In all other cases, a store credit will be issued, valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Refunds (for eligible cases) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
🚫 What Can’t Be Returned
Items received as part of a free offer. Products bought during a sale. Products without original tags or packaging.

Minor misprints or color differences from website images are not considered defects. Our products are handcrafted, and these variations are part of their charm and authenticity. The company reserves the right to make the final decision in all return or exchange requests.
